Information and Terms of Service
General
I provide commissions through digital media exclusively; there is no physical component.
Finished pieces will be delivered through email. I may not keep every piece of art forever, and it is the duty of the commissioner to save a completed commission if they wish to retain it.
My work is for personal or private use only. I do not allow my work to be used for commercial purposes or profit unless specifically requested by the commissioner and all parties agree.
I maintain all rights to my work, including selling of prints or other physical items unless specifically requested not to by the commissioner prior to payment.
No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the signature/watermark from a finished product.
I DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY OF MY WORK TO BE FED INTO ANY AI SOFTWARE.
About the Process
Contact me for commssions. I will only begin work after payment equal to at least 50% of the commission price has been made. Visual reference images are preferred, preferably unshaded 2D images. Key words or descriptors are helpful when deciding a pose, expression, scene, etc.I may contact you at major checkpoints throughout the process (sketch, line art and flats) for input/changes you may want. After the final checkpoint, you may no longer weigh in.The turnover rate of my work varies, but I try to take less than 10 days to finish a drawing (If something comes up, I will contact you). I usually don't work with deadlines, but I always do my best when working on commissions.Upon completion, the commissioner will be sent two versions of the piece: one high resolution image for personal use and a lower resolution image with a watermark that can be uploaded anywhere they wish to. Credit must be given in the form of a link or my username.
Payment Policy
Payment equal to at least half of the commission's price is due upon acceptance of both parties.
I will email you the final work once the rest of the payment is made.
Do not send money directly, as I will invoice you once all the necessary information has been exchanged.
I will not accept eChecks, cryptocurrency or art trades as payment.
Subject
I will not draw any underage characters. I will not draw porn or extreme fetish art, detailed mecha, anything with intense gore, depictions of self harm, political art, or hate art directed towards specific groups or individuals.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission if its topic, theme, or symbolism makes me uncomfortable.
Other
The customer has the right to upload a reduced version of artwork everywhere, large size for personal use only:I retain the right to upload finished work into my personal gallery/portfolio.
I reserve the right to use unapproved or scrapped sketches for other works.
